Packages to Enhance Your Strengths Coaching

Coaching the Strengths Coach

Package Options for Strengths Coaches

You’ve been trained in Gallup’s CliftonStrengths® coaching… now what?

I remember being in your shoes. When I first became a certified strengths coach, I was working inside a company that invested in my training. After an intensive week of learning, I returned eager to coach—but that’s when the real questions set in. Was I doing this right? How could I be more effective?

I’d love to be a resource for you. Not only did I become certified while working inside an organization, but I later joined Gallup as a Learning and Development Consultant, where I trained over 600 coaches in the very skills needed to become certified.

I tailor my support to what you need most, but here are some ways I can help:

  • Certification Support – Guidance and study strategies to help you prepare for the certification exam.

  • Coaching Feedback – One-on-one coaching and feedback after reviewing one of your recorded coaching sessions.

  • Workshop Experience – Facilitating or co-facilitating a strengths workshop inside your company so you can see how it flows in action.

  • Sustaining Strengths in Organizations – Strategy sessions for you and your internal coaching team on keeping strengths alive beyond the initial training. (Hint: It’s not just about displaying your Top 5 in cubicles—I have proven strategies that truly make an impact.)

  • Building Your Coaching Business – If you're considering stepping into independent coaching or consulting, I offer an honest look at both the rewards and realities of solopreneurship, along with practical next steps if it’s the right path for you.

Whether you need guidance, feedback, or strategy, I’m here to support you as you grow in your journey as a strengths coach. Let’s connect and find the best way to move forward together.

Why Coaching

Private Coaching

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, I bring over 500 hours of individual coaching experience.

My approach to coaching is built on two premises – 1) I believe in you and your abilities, and 2) I am an additive to be supportive of you, engage you in your own critical thinking skills, and empower you.

Coaching is about you, not about me; however, when appropriate, I will share observations that could be blind spots and barriers to self-empowerment. I consider myself a collaborator and partner. I am here to explore the areas you want to focus on, be a sounding board, and co-create powerful forward momentum in whatever direction is meaningful to you.

I find that many coaching clients strive towards a similar underlying goal - to live with more joy professionally and personally. I want that for you!

Please reach out to me for a consultation at no charge to see if I am the right coach for you.

Here’s how the process works…

Step 1

Consultation

Coaching is first and foremost a trusting relationship between you and your coach, so it’s important you feel there is a good fit. The consultation call is a way for you to interact with your coach to determine if you want to work together.

Step 2

Booking

We offer packages for individual and team services. Individual coaching can be one-off or as a series. Team sessions can be virtual, in-person, for a half or full day or longer as needed.

Step 3

Results

The most common outcome of coaching is that clients embrace who they are even more and feel energized to use their strengths. They are able to develop the talents, habits, and behaviors to help reach their most meaningful goals and outcomes.
