Leveraging CliftonStrengths® for Cohesion and Performance Enhancement
A team session using CliftonStrengths® (also known as StrengthsFinder ®) gives teams a way to more effectively relate to one another, avoid potential pitfalls, and increase group cohesion. Prior to the session, I meet with the manager to identify the goals, team dynamics, and how we can improve collaboration on the team to achieve positive performance outcomes.
During the session we will examine both individual and team strengths as well as group blind spots. I find these sessions lead to increased positive dialogue, deeper understanding of how we contribute to the organization, and brings a boost to overall team engagement and performance.
How I Can Help Your Team
Here’s how the process works…
Step 1
Consultation
Coaching is first and foremost a trusting relationship between you and your coach, so it’s important you feel there is a good fit. The consultation call is a way for you to interact with a coach to determine if you want to work together.
Step 2
Booking
I offer packages for individual and team services. Individual coaching can be one-off or as a series. Team sessions can be virtual, in-person, for a half or full day or longer as needed.
Step 3
Results
The most common outcome of coaching is that clients embrace who they are even more and feel energized to use their strengths. They are able to develop the talents, habits, and behaviors to help reach their most meaningful goals and outcomes.
